Wow, look at the time fly by. I have been hard at work getting the book in order for print. Copyeditting is not something I have ever done in my life, neither is designing a book layout. I can honestly say, it is just pain.

The edits are truly in their last round. I spoke to the printers and we can still make the print deadline which is nice. I was really worried we would miss that. Everything seems to be in line for Megacon. We have our table in the Independent Publishers section, Table #17 in the blue area.

During this process there has been a lot of people who have really stepped up to help out. One of them being a good friend Paul. His uncanny eye for design has truly inspired me to do right by him. When I was stressing over cover design, Paul jumped right in and took the reigns. The cover he has come up with is truly a sight to behold and what is nice is that it still keeps in mind my initial concept. In a few days we will be unveiling the cover along with preorders for the book.

It is about to get crazy in here folks, as if it wasn’t on my end already.

The Bad: I totally screwed up the archive for the blog. I had it all setup, even the old stuff I had lost during my swap overs. We are talking a good 4 years of content. All down the drain. If I ever figure it out I’ll get it up on here again. Sometimes I can get it to post but then the pictures do not come across. I think I will mess around with writely importing, then try to cross post it back to here. (When time allows)
